Body Shop

Through our experience, inventory, and full-service capabilities, we can get you back on the road faster and more cost-effectively than other body shops. The scale of our operation includes a footprint of 100,000 square feet with 27 Bays, three large paint booths with bake cycles and a 60-foot indoor sandblasting booth. To get you back on the road more quickly, we stock both new and used parts on-site.

Bodywork

Our experienced body personnel excel at repairs to all makes of heavy-duty trucks and trailers as well as passenger vehicles, for both small and large jobs. We are one of only a handful of facilities with an indoor sandblasting booth that can accommodate a 53' trailer.

Sandblasting

Our 60 foot indoor sandblasting booth offers the unique advantage of being able to move equipment directly from our sandblasting booth into a paint booth without leaving our facility and risking exposure to moisture.

Painting

Our three computerized and oversized paint booths blend the latest in painting technology with experienced professionals to guarantee the best finish. Our bake cycle dramatically reduces drying time to only 45 minutes. Customized and contract painting are also available.

Gel Coat Painting

The Maxim Body shop handles all kinds of fiberglass repairs on aerial devices, boats and RVs. Our Body Shop is now certified and set up to do specialized gel coat painting for these applications. 

Framework Straightening & Alignment

Our heavy frame equipment is sourced from the top brands in the industry, giving you results you can trust. Our team of frame specialists has over 25 years of combined experience, and it shows. Our Frame Straightening and alignment facilities can accommodate large commercial trucks, trailers, buses and RVs.

Rebuilding

Maxim is your source for rebuilt cabs, hoods, and bunks. Our extensive inventory of used and surplus truck parts enables our body shop team to source their rebuilding requirements internally, and quickly.
