The gates open almost perfectly vertical for easier dumping and closing, and the air cylinders close when the gates are closed to eliminate dust contamination in the seals and damage to the shaft from loose gravel, adding to the trailers already improved lifetime and resale value.

Dual 12-gallon air tanks provide uninterrupted use of gates without jeopardizing the trailer’s functionality, and the hoppers gates can be locked in the open or closed positions during transport.

The Arne’s cross gate hopper is built with a Hendrickson HT 230 suspension, poly fenders, and a 60” axle spread, which has a 25,000 lbs capacity per axle.

The trailer’s overall height is 10 feet, 4 inches, and its length is over 39 feet, and can be built with mesh tarps to keep all your cargo secure.
